Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at the email listed on our Contact page within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
